Due to the unique nature of this product, there are several steps needed to complete your order. Here is what you can expect:

1. Within 7-10 days of ordering, you will receive a voucher in the mail from our partner, AllBobbleheads.com. This voucher will contain a unique coupon code to redeem on their site.

2. When you receive your voucher, go to www.AllBobbleheads.com to select a body style (and other options) from the drop-down menus.

3. After you choose a body and select your options, you will upload front and side-facing photos of your subjects.

4. Our team of Bobble Head artists will handcraft custom heads just for you, and send you a proof via email for you to approve.

5. Once you have approved your custom heads, we will ship your Double Custom Bobble Head figure to you. This may take approximately 9 to 12 weeks.
